Building the Village
It is a display of courage to commit to therapy. It requires a level of vulnerability and trust. A relationship with your therapist is another addition to your village. Some of us do not have a support system and this is the first step to creating one.
Healing the Village
I believe we are all a work in progress. I practice through a trauma informed lens with a strength based foundation. We will work together and explore from an holistic approach; focusing on the mind, body and spirit.
Elevating the Village.
Life is about change and evolution as person; as a Human. We have to heal. Otherwise we cannot grow and we find ourselves in dysfunction and discourse. Once you begin the work you will see life with new eyes.
